High Desert Estates

This 100 acre tract is located approximately 1/3 mile from highway 62/180. There is a large draw that runs from the southeast corner to the northwest corner. In the center of the north side there is an existing earthern dam which will create a pond after a summer rain. We decided to sell this as a 100 acre tract, because the two 50 acre tracts just looked good together. The cost is $21,800 with $1,800 down and payments of $200 per month financed at 10% interest. Electricity will be located approximately 1,700 feet from the northeast corner.

Earthern dam. This picture definitly does not do this justice. After a good summer rain this is a beautiful pond and full of croaking frogs.

June 28, 02 The rains came last week. In the following pictures you can see what the pond looks like with after a nice summer rain. You can also see how fast the draw will start to green up.

July 8, 02 The draw that runs diagonally across this land starts at the south east corner and goes to the north west corner. The below shot was taken at the north west corner. Notice how green the draw is getting.
