Billy, the first couple of pictures were taken after the summer rains. We did not get a lot of rain last summer, but enough for it to green up a bit. I will try to get some more shots this week. If I do I will add them. The property has easy access. It is just a little over one mile to the northeast corner. We will bring electricity to the northeast corner. This is the earthen dam, the back 1/3 of this dam is on the property.

Another bush that is common on the land it is a bright green during the spring and summer then it turns yellow during the winter.




There are some nice yuccas scattered throughout the land.
